Page 1 — Purpose and Philosophy¶

Diplomatic crises do not escalate through dramatic events first. They escalate through structural shifts:

changes in diplomatic vocabulary
timing asymmetry
narrative alignment across actors
market reactions
silence where communication should exist
domestic rhetoric hardening

Traditional news consumption cannot detect these shifts because it delivers stories, not signals.

Structural Logging Mode solves this by enforcing:

fact-only recording
narrow, high-quality information pipelines
multi-category pattern extraction
auto-escalation to the correct B-stage
mental hygiene under stress

This mode is inspired by:

Finland’s “Warning Signal Model”
U.S./China diplomatic briefings
Military SIGINT discipline
AI negative reinforcement avoidance
FOWL’s four-cause inference framework

Page 2 — Overview of the Structural Layer¶

Structural Logging Mode is built on three layers:

Event Layer（生データ） Minimal factual logs with zero interpretation.
Signal Layer（パターン抽出） Only events that repeat (2回以上) become signals.
Shift Layer（ステージ変化） When signals align across categories, a structural shift occurs:
B1 → B2
B2 → B3-Low → Mid → High
→ Stage C (Action Phase)

No narrative is ever used. No feelings. No speculation. Only structure.

Rule 1 — Log only structure¶

No adjectives. No assumptions. No “意味はこうだ”。 No Twitterの反応。 No コメント欄。

Rule 2 — Use the template¶

2回以上の反復＋別カテゴリでも一致すると → Structural Signal へ昇格

日々の判断はゼロ。週1回だけ評価
他者への共有は“構造だけ”

これで panic-resistant になる。

Structural Logging Mode is not a crisis tool. It is a clarity tool.

When used correctly, it prevents:
